These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hosanna Song, including any orders, communications, and digital content delivered to you.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are placing an order on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have authority to do so.

If we offer account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders and creative process

Hosanna Song creates custom, made-to-order songs based on the details you provide. The quality and accuracy of your submission directly affects the final output.

We may contact you with clarifying questions to ensure the song aligns with your vision. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms or our content standards.

• You are responsible for providing accurate order details and preferred delivery email
• We interpret your story and preferences into lyrics and musical arrangements
• Timelines for services still in production and for platform publication depend on the purchased offer, complexity and third-party review

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the story and content you submit. By placing an order, you grant Hosanna Song a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted content solely to create and deliver your custom song and to provide customer support.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions to submit any names, stories, or materials included in your order, and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

• Do not include confidential information you are not authorized to share
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful
• We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms

Revisions and approvals

We want you to love your Hosanna Song track. If the delivered song does not align with the original brief, we may offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your initial request.

Major changes, new themes, or entirely new stories may require a new order.

Delivery and access

Your song is delivered through your private order link, sent by email and WhatsApp where a number is provided. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and being able to access the link.

In the preview flow, you review the lyrics and hear a personalized excerpt for free before choosing a package and paying. The preview does not grant access to the complete recordings. Once payment is confirmed, both full versions unlock immediately if they are ready. If recording or processing is still in progress, they unlock when complete and we notify you by email and WhatsApp where a number is provided.

Publishing the main song on Spotify and other platforms, when included or purchased, usually takes 3 to 10 days after we receive the required information and is subject to platform review. Other extras, special products and earlier orders follow the timelines shown in their respective offers. Those timelines are estimates and may vary with complexity, order volume or third-party requirements.

Your song files (full versions, clips and other extras) stay available for download from your order link for at least 3 months after delivery. After that, we may remove them from our servers. Before removing any file, we email you at least 30 days in advance with the date and a link to download your MP3s; we recommend downloading and keeping your own copy. Files stay stored for as long as you are an active Hosanna Song Club member, and songs released on Spotify through Spotify/VIP Streaming distribution also stay stored. Removed files cannot be recovered.

Pricing and payments

Prices and included benefits are shown before payment. The personalized preview is free; full payment is required to unlock the complete recordings and activate the paid services in your chosen package. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

In the mobile app, the song is a consumable digital product billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The purchase is also subject to the terms of the store used, and full-song production and access begin only after the store transaction is confirmed.

Refunds and guarantee

We stand behind the main custom song with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the main song does not capture your story, we will work with you to revise it or, where applicable, refund that order.

Refund requests for the main song should be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

For purchases made in the mobile app, financial refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play refund channels. Our support team remains responsible for revisions, delivery, and order issues.

Because they are highly personalized products, digital content started on demand, and/or services with third-party costs, the items below are final sale and non-refundable except where required by applicable law:

• Enchanted Clip, including essential, full, revision, and video upgrade versions
• Spotify/VIP Streaming distribution, including cover preparation, metadata, submission, and platform or distributor fees
• Hosanna Song Club subscriptions, subscription credits, and billing cycles already charged; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund prior charges or credits already issued

License to you

Upon full payment, Hosanna Song grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and share your custom song for private purposes (such as gifting, family gatherings or private celebrations).

Commercial use, resale, or distribution on streaming platforms requires prior written permission from Hosanna Song, unless platform distribution is expressly included in the package purchased and fulfilled by us.

Platform distribution and artist name

When you purchase or authorize distribution of a song on streaming platforms, social networks, or digital stores, the song will always be published and displayed under the artist name Canção Divina or HosannaSong.com.

We do not offer selection, changes, or use of any other artist name, profile, label, or public attribution on the platforms.

Intellectual property

Hosanna Song retains all intellectual property rights in the composition, arrangement, and recording of the song, except for the limited license granted to you above.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the website or services. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Submitting malicious code or attempting to disrupt the site
• Using the service to create harmful, hateful, or abusive content

Third-party services

We may link to or rely on third-party services (such as payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies govern their services, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Disclaimers

Hosanna Song is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.

We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Any decisions you make based on the content are your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosanna Song will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosanna Song, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before the termination date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
