Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the story and content you submit. By placing an order, you grant HosannaSong a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted content solely to create and deliver your custom song and to provide customer support.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions to submit any names, stories, or materials included in your order, and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

Revisions and approvals

We want you to love your HosannaSong. If the delivered song does not align with the original brief, we may offer reasonable revisions within the scope of your initial request.

Major changes, new themes, or entirely new stories may require a new order.

Delivery and access

Your song is delivered digitally via a secure link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your email is accurate and that you can access the link.

Standard delivery is up to 7 days. A 24-hour priority option may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to complexity or volume.

Pricing and payments

Prices are displayed at checkout and are payable in full before production begins. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refunds and guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your song does not capture your story, we will work with you to revise it or refund your order.

Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

License to you

Upon full payment, HosannaSong grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and share your custom song for private purposes (such as gifting, family gatherings, or church events).

Commercial use, resale, or distribution on streaming platforms requires prior written permission from HosannaSong.

Intellectual property

HosannaSong retains all intellectual property rights in the composition, arrangement, and recording of the song, except for the limited license granted to you above.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services without obligation to you.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the website or services. Prohibited activities include:
